IMS Maintenance
Bekki, together with the Management Systems team, manages the advancement of Integrated Management System (IMS) for CD Waste Management Limited. She plays a crucial role in both the maintenance and enhancement of processes in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Bekki’s role was critical in the detailed improvement of business management documents, including the updating of objectives, risk assessments and policies – substantially improving the operational practices and regulatory adherence of CD Waste Management.
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001
Bekki is integral to ICE Imperium Centre’s efforts in maintaining and improving its Integrated Management Systems across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards, focusing on quality, environmental, health and safety, and energy management. Working with the Management System team, she manages the system’s full integration, handles BSI correspondence for the ISO certification process, leads audit programs and coordinates annual management reviews. The team also oversees the updating of critical documentation, manages compliance audits and supports the maintenance of training records. Her work ensures ICE Imperium Centre’s adherence to ISO standards and promotes continual improvement in its operational practices.
Sustainability Data Manager
At Anglia Ruskin University, Bekki served as Sustainability Data Manager, a role in which she was pivotal in enhancing the university’s sustainability efforts. Her work involved developing systems for effectively monitoring, analysing, and reporting on sustainability indicators such as energy, carbon, and waste, crucial for the university’s ISO 14001 certification and sustainability strategy. Bekki led the benchmarking of sustainability metrics, managed the Sustainability Officer, and played a key role in both internal and external reporting of sustainability performance. Her efforts significantly advanced the university’s commitment to environmental stewardship, showcasing her leadership and data management skills in fostering a culture of sustainability.
