About Amaani
Amaani is an expert on internal management system. She started her career with Wiser Environment 2 years ago, working on environmental audits and management system. Using an evidence-based approach, she gives our clients hands-on advice on waste management.
Her scope covers environmental legislation, health & safety, and business management. Her action plans are designed to be practical, so operation teams can apply the knowledge they gained in real-life scenarios.
She is also a passionate CIWM Training Project Manager, who goes the extra mile to assist more than 60 CIWM candidates across the UK, accelerating their career.

Environmental Audit for ISO certification

Amaani provided support services to prepare our clients for the ISO application: ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. She conducted environmental audits for our clients and their suppliers, updated current control documents in adherence to new regulations.
Based on the data gathered in combination with her professional insights, she drafted an action plan to address the current barriers to achieve the relevant standards. Her empirical approach empowered our client to leverage the quality and sustainability of their business.
Internal Management System – ISO Certification

In this project, Amaani empowered our client to create sustainable impact through compliance. She supported them in the process of updating their operations to reflect the legal requirements for management standards: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
Her evaluations involved internal and external audits on business processes as well as governance policies. With a deep understanding of the business, she provided guidance on upgrading business operations to best practices in quality, health & safety, environmental management and energy optimisation.
Amaani’s work helped ICE Sancroft to maintain control on potential regulatory impacts, while reducing business costs at the same time.
CIWM Training – Project Management

With her knowledge and experience on the field, Amaani has been helping CIWM candidates of various ability and experience to leverage their competence.
She is well-versed in resolving candidates’ enquiries and keep them motivated throughout the training. She hosts regular meetings with assessor pool regarding candidate’s progress and coordinates Continuing Competence Test (CCT) revision sessions to address their challenges. Amaani is also very competent in guiding candidates through the transition from paper to electronic portfolios.
